In 1972, Vietnam veteran and 'Born on the Fourth of July' author Ron Kovic led an unprecedented anti-war march on the Republican National Convention. Protestors from across the country wanted to express their disenchantment at the ongoing war in Vietnam. Despite facing police harassment and public hostility, they managed to make their voices heard. Featuring archive from the historic march, 'Operation Last Patrol' depicts the era in which the peace movement was born.
