One day during the hot Indian summer, the Raja and his men go into the forest to hunt tigers. The Raja hopes to meet an elusive local tribe, the Crows, who live concealed in the forest. Rumour has it, we learn, that The Crows' religion is to do one bad deed a day so that they may be reincarnated as a crow after death. With the Crows, the Raja continues on the hunt. Spotting their pray, they trap him in a pit. But unknown to them, a lion was hiding in the pit, and a fearsome battle begins between the beasts. A fascinating glimpse of a lost world.
