In South Africa, a blind eye is often turned paedophilic relationships. Staff at 14-year-old Vanna's school knew she was having an affair with a teacher, but did nothing about it - not even tell her family. It is often children from troubled backgrounds that are the most vulnerable to falling victim to this sort of crime.
