An interview with Martin Wells of London PR firm Bell Pottinger on their role in managing perceptions of the Iraq War

"We were to make it look like it was created by Arabic TV", says Wells. Wells was also tasked with creating fake propaganda CDs encoded with tracking software, "looking for a trail to someone who could be a threat"
