Dr Paul Narguezian is preparing himself an unusual lunch: fried wax worms. Paul eats insects because they are a more sustainable and cost-effective source of protein than meat. While creepy crawlies are not yet a popular food source in the West, a representative of Chirps Chips, a company that makes crisps using crickets, is optimistic that they will catch on. "I think in the next five years we are really going to see insects going mainstream in an incredible way.”
