In South Africa, thieves are stealing large amounts of cable from companies such as Telecom. We follow the police in their search to bring them to justice.
Trackers, forensic experts, and detectives are on the case to prevent these robberies or bring the perpetrators to justice. The cutting of the lines can often put whole neighbourhoods out of power; if that affects hospitals, for instance, this can be life-threatening.
