Even G Benestad – Director
Even G. Benestad debuted with the multi-award winning All About My father (2002). He followed up with Natural Born Star (2007). August B. Hanssen worked as a writer on both these films. In 2011 they co-directed the feature documentary Pushwagner and later the experimental short Club 7. Both directors has since made films as solo directors (Ida’s Diary (2014) & The Earth is a Chili (2021) before uniting as co-directors for several projects currently in development.
Carsten Aanonsen – Producer
Carsten Aanonsen is CEO and founder of Indie Film. He has been involved in the production of more than 200 titles, including feature documentaries, TV-series, commercials and commissioned films since the beginning of his career. Carsten received the Red Cross Humanitarian Award in 2004, he is a 2006 EAVE graduate.
Kristopher, David and Sindre live in a polyamorous relationship, expecting their first child. Kristopher was born a woman and today identifies as a homosexual man. As the birth father he will be the first in Norway, the pregnancy a small miracle after enduring forced sterilisation at 18 in order to change gender. This beautifully sensitive doc charts their journey from pregnancy to the beginnings of a new family life.
