On April 3rd, an explosion ripped through St. Petersburg metro. The bomb made of shrapnel and nails was hidden in a briefcase which exploded during the lunchtime rush hour. Meanwhile, in Colombia, mudlsides swept away homes and cars leaving at least 254 people dead and hundreds more missing.
