This is seriously shocking footage of the guerilla warfare waged in the streets of Monrovia in the spring of 1996. Both killers and victims are very young, some of them barely in their teens.
The Tango remains a potent symbol for Argentina and the path to a troubled past. Whilst many still want answers for the killings in the 'Dirty War' of the 70s and 80s, others look back to the roaring 20s, or forwards to a potential economic boom.
