With a population of about 150 million people, Nigeria is the most populous nation in the African continent, and Sub Saharan Africa's second largest economy. This short report follows the country's political developments and social unrest since the 1960s. It comprises footage and stills of Nigeria's key political figures, including Olusegun Obasanjo, Abiola, Umaru Musa Yar Adua as well as footage of Jimmy Carter's visit intercut with images of daily life.
