The hunt for paedophiles by private citizens is being emulated. After setting traps for them via dating apps, very young teenagers have decided to take justice into their own hands by beating up pedophiles. In Switzerland, some 20 punitive expeditions against alleged paedophiles took place in 2024. But they also uploaded degrading and humiliating videos of these alleged paedophiles, outside any legal framework. 18 minors were charged with grievous bodily harm, creating controversy.
